This is Tina. She began her career in property management with the Charles E. Smith Companies in 1983 as the Resident Manager of an 85 unit luxury high rise community in Alexandria, Virginia. After extensive experience and several promotions Tina accepted a position with Grady Management as the site manager of a 338 unit condominium in Temple Hills, MD. She was hailed as the best site manager they ever had by the President of the Board.

In 1989 Tina married her property manager (Larry Simmons) and in 1990 was instrumental in setting up the accounting department when SMG was born. She is the backbone of our "friendly - service oriented" accounting department. You will find that Tina services both SMG and our clients very well.
