Timber Ridge Homeowner Association is conveniently located in Clinton, MD. At build out it will total 240 "up-scale" single family homes. The gorgeous entrance with robust announcer monuments, long beautifully landscaped driveway, and lake with fountain, all contribute to the "Country Club" feeling of it's entrance. 

Traffic is at a minimum as we have a single entrance. We have tot lots for our children, gazebos for gathering and conversation, and a strong feeling of Community Pride.
