Say hello to Tabatha "Tab" Schrader. Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and President of the firm. As the Ececutive staff's "right hand", Tabatha monitors and updates this web site, produces all SMG Management Proposals and returns most of Mr. Simmons' and Mrs. Melvin's calls. Tab joined SMG in July of 2006 as our receptionist and was promoted to A/A in May of 2007 then to E/A/A in May of 2008. She was an assistant manager for three years at a successful food chain.  She received her Associates of Arts degree from Montgomery County Community College and used the skills learned there to counsel children at Montgomery County camps.
