This is Naisha. She is the Administrative Assistant to Guisela Deering, Property Manager for our Montgomery County Portfolio. Customer Service is one of Naisha's specialties. Prior to coming to SMG, she was a customer service representative for FedEx where she specialized in Costumer Satisfaction by determining the cause of the problem, solving it, and preventing it from happening again. Naisha's administrative skills were sharpened at Arbor Management as an A/A and Leasing Consultant, at Erie Insuracne and Ernst & Young prior to working for FedEx.
