This is Lakia Prue. She is a resident of our Nations Capitol. She is our Property Manager for our portfolio located in Prince George's and Charles County. Lakia brings in excess of ten (10) years property management experience to SMG. She has managed property for Northwest Cooperative Homes (NKL Coop in Washington, DC) as well as Realty Management Services (Sutton Walk, Lenox Court Apts., New Carrolton, MD).
