This is Latamara "Tammy" Pierce. She is our Maintenance Coordinator. Tammy is solely responsible for scheduling our maintenance mechanics. She is in contact with all of our property managers daily to make sure we have our communities looking their best.   Before joining SMG Tammy was an Administrative Assistant/Maintenance dispatcher at a 608 unit condomininum in Prince George's County. She is a graduate of Potomac High School in Oxon Hill and is currently enrolled at Strayer University in Alexandria, VA studing Computer Information Systems.
