This is David Smith.  He joined us as a portfolio manager for our District of Columbia portfolio.  David brings to us over 11 years of property/portfolio management experience.  Prior to SMG David worked at the Clark Realty Management Company as a Property Manager and at  Comsource Management Company also as a property manager. David also brings to us financial experience. He served as a GL Accountant for Community Partners from 1998 to 2003.  He graduated from Wesley College in Dover Delaware majoring in accounting and has completed courses in Maryland Real Estate and Jackson Hewitt Taxes. David brings to us his many years of knowledge in property management and we are glad to have him as a part of our team.
